⚠️ LEGAL WARNING NOTICE
It has come to the notice of Ponmundam Grama Panchayat that garbage bags are being dumped around the Mini Material Collection Facilities (Mini MCFs) installed in various wards of the Panchayat. Such practices pose serious health risks, cause environmental pollution, and adversely affect the waste management activities carried out by the Panchayat.
Therefore, the public is hereby instructed to refrain from dumping garbage bags around Mini MCFs and from indiscriminately disposing of waste in public places.
Strict legal action, including the registration of police cases, imposition of fines, and other appropriate measures as prescribed by law, will be taken against those found engaging in such unlawful activities.
All residents are urged to cooperate with the Panchayat's waste management initiatives to protect public health and preserve the environment.
