Promoting social unity, religious harmony, gender equality, and public welfare, and creating a village community where everyone can live with dignity and pride, are among the key objectives of this vision.

Mission of Ponnmundam Grama Panchayat

The primary mission of Ponnmundam Grama Panchayat is to efficiently meet the basic needs of its residents and ensure the delivery of high-quality public services. The Panchayat is committed to improving essential infrastructure and services such as drinking water supply, sanitation, roads, street lighting, waste management, and public health, while also working toward the social and economic advancement of all sections of the community.

The Panchayat seeks to ensure transparent and democratic governance by formulating development projects with active public participation and incorporating the opinions and suggestions of residents through Gram Sabha meetings.
