The Final Development Plans for the year 2026–27, as approved by Resolution No. 1(1) of the Ponnmundam Grama Panchayat at its meeting held on 17 February 2026, were formally adopted for implementation.

These approved plans constitute the Panchayat’s development agenda for the financial year 2026–27 and provide the framework for executing various projects and welfare initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure, public services, social welfare, economic development, environmental sustainability, and the overall quality of life of the residents of Ponnmundam.
