Grama Panchayat
President
The President is the chief elected authority of the Panchayat and provides leadership for development activities, administrative procedures, and overall governance.
Vice President
The Vice President assists in the administration of the Panchayat and performs the duties and responsibilities of the President in the President's absence.
Standing Committees
Standing Committees oversee important areas such as development, finance, health, education, and other key functions of the Panchayat.
Standing Committees
Development Standing Committee
Responsible for implementing development projects of the Panchayat, with a focus on public welfare and infrastructure development.
Finance Standing Committee
Responsible for overseeing the revenue and expenditure of the Panchayat and monitoring financial management and related matters.
Health and Education Standing Committee
Responsible for overseeing health and education activities and supporting initiatives aimed at improving public health and educational services.
Welfare Standing Committee
Responsible for implementing public welfare programmes, with a focus on social security and welfare activities for the community.
Official Administrative Section
Secretary
The Secretary is the principal administrative officer of the Panchayat. The Secretary coordinates office operations, file processing, administrative procedures, and day-to-day governance.
Assistant Secretary
Assists with the administrative and office functions of the Panchayat. The Assistant Secretary also serves as the Member Secretary of Kudumbashree, coordinates various welfare programmes, and undertakes responsibilities related to Scheduled Caste development projects.
Junior Superintendent
Supervises the day-to-day office operations of the Panchayat. The Junior Superintendent coordinates file processing and the functioning of office sections and also supervises and monitors the work of employees.
Accountant
Responsible for managing the financial transactions and accounts of the Panchayat. Maintains income and expenditure records and manages financial documents related to the budget, taxation, and other financial matters.
Clerk
Handles files and official records of the Panchayat. Responsible for matters related to tax collection, applications, office registers, ward-level responsibilities, and various public service activities.
Senior Clerk
Supervises office records and administrative procedures. Coordinates the functioning of various office sections and handles the examination and processing of important files.
Office Attendant
Provides support for the day-to-day office operations of the Panchayat. Performs duties such as handling documents, maintaining office arrangements, and assisting with general office activities.
